Hi, I am Olivia Broughton

Ceremonialist Life/Transitions Doula Guide Certified Holistic Doula Body Worker

I live to honor the sacredness in each of us and in every moment of life.

Since I was young, I’ve felt deeply connected to both the seen and unseen worlds. At twelve, I gave my first psychic and mediumship reading. I could feel the unspoken—the thoughts, emotions, and wounds of others, as well as the lingering presence of those who had passed. It was overwhelming, yet it was also a place where I felt deeply at home, resting in the spaces we often hide from the world.

As I’ve journeyed through life, I’ve come to understand that everything is a relationship—flesh, blood, bone, body, brain, mind, soul, spirit, past, present, future, death, birth—all of it in constant conversation. And we, through listening and presence, become the point of mediation between these realms. Life speaks to us in whispers: the subtle rhythm of breath, the quiet pull of tension, the unspoken stories carried by the body. When we slow down, we can hear it. We can feel when something has fallen out of relationship, tangled in a web of resistance and forgetting.

For a time, I lost this connection to the other world. Like so many, I silenced parts of myself in high school, yearning to fit in, to belong, to be “normal”. I turned away from the magic and wonder that once lit me up. Maybe you’ve felt this too—the ache of being cut off from your intuition, your creativity, or the deep, pulsing rhythms of the earth. But the body, the soul—they never forget. Slowly, I found my way back, guided by the knowing that lives within us all: the drumbeat of our own essence, tethering us to the earth and its cycles.

In our modern, fast-moving world, we’ve forgotten how to honor these rhythms. Yet, the sacred thresholds of life—whether a rite of passage, a wedding, a birth, a remembering—are where healing opens us, reminds us of some rooted much deeper than what often appears on the surface.

As a Ceremonialist, Holsitic Doula, Medium, and Bodyworker, I create spaces for us to come back into relationship—within ourselves and with the world around us.

Looking back on my life, I’ve learned that the moments I cherish most are not grand gestures, but the simple rituals: berry picking with my family, decorating the Christmas tree, honoring loved ones who passed away, touching. These small acts were imbued with meaning, marking the passing of time with care and reverence.

This is why Ritual Living exists. Life is precious. When we honor the thresholds—both the monumental and the subtle—we uncover the sacredness that is always present. My purpose is to guide you in slowing down, reconnecting to the rhythm of your own life, and embracing the transitions that shape who you are.

Everything holds medicine. Every experience, every emotion, every moment is worthy of being witnessed with love and intention. My offering to you is this reminder: life, in all its complexity and beauty, is a sacred ceremony. When we honor it, we honor ourselves and the world around us.
